1. Acceptance of the terms
By using AICPub, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Description of AICPub
AICPub provides tools that may help users prepare, review, organize, and publish content to connected services. Features, integrations, and availability may change over time.
3. User accounts and connected services
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for the accuracy of information you provide. You are also responsible for the third-party accounts and permissions you connect to AICPub.
4. Your content and responsibility
You remain responsible for the content, data, media, instructions, and metadata you create, upload, review, or publish through AICPub. You must have the rights and permissions needed to use and publish that material.
5. Publishing actions and authorization
AICPub should perform publishing or other external-service actions only when authorized by you through the applicable workflow or connection. Review content, destination, and settings before authorizing an action. You are responsible for confirming that an action is appropriate and lawful.
6. Prohibited misuse
Do not use AICPub to violate law or third-party rights, distribute malicious or deceptive material, interfere with the service, evade security controls, access accounts without permission, or use automation in a way that harms connected services or other users.
7. Intellectual property
You retain your rights in your content. AICPub and its underlying software, design, documentation, and service materials remain protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms grant only the limited permissions needed to operate AICPub for you.
8. Third-party platforms and integrations
Third-party platforms are independent from AICPub. Their terms, privacy policies, availability, content rules, fees, and technical limits apply to your use of those platforms. AICPub does not control or guarantee a third-party platform.
9. Availability and changes
AICPub may be unavailable, limited, changed, or discontinued temporarily or permanently, including for maintenance, security, integration changes, or reasons outside reasonable control. We may add, remove, or modify features.
10. Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by law, AICPub is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. AICPub does not guarantee that every output, recommendation, integration, or publishing action will be complete, accurate, uninterrupted, or suitable for your purpose. Review AI-assisted output before use or publication.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, AICPub and the AICPub service will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or loss-of-data damages arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
12. Suspension and termination
Access may be suspended or ended if necessary to protect the service, other users, connected platforms, or legal rights, or if these terms are materially breached. You may stop using AICPub at any time. Provisions that should reasonably continue, including responsibility for content and limitations, survive termination.
13. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated as AICPub develops. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new last-updated date. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms, to the extent permitted by law.
14. Governing principles and applicable law
These terms are intended to be interpreted under applicable law and mandatory consumer-protection rules that apply to your use of the service. No specific company jurisdiction or legal entity is stated here.
15. Contact and support
Questions about these terms or AICPub can be sent through the AICPub Support page. Do not include passwords, API keys, access tokens, or other sensitive credentials.
