1. Information you provide directly

You may provide information such as your name, email address, support messages, account details, content, publishing instructions, and other information needed to use AICPub or request support.

2. Content and publishing data

AICPub may process content, drafts, media references, publishing settings, metadata, status information, and related instructions as necessary to prepare, review, and carry out user-requested publishing actions.

3. Connected third-party accounts and services

When you connect a third-party service, AICPub may exchange the information required to provide that connection and the actions you request. The connected platform remains responsible for its own systems and privacy practices.

4. Authentication and authorization data

AICPub may process authorization credentials or tokens only as required for connected-service functionality. Do not expose tokens, API keys, passwords, or other credentials publicly or include them in support requests.

5. Technical and diagnostic information

AICPub may process limited technical, security, and diagnostic information such as request details, timestamps, error information, and service status when needed to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the service. The exact information depends on the active implementation and connected services.

6. How information is used

Information may be used to provide AICPub functionality, process authorized publishing actions, maintain security, respond to support requests, diagnose failures, communicate about the service, and comply with applicable obligations.

7. Processing required for functionality

Some processing is necessary to accept content, prepare it for publication, communicate with connected services, validate requests, and report results. If you do not provide required information or authorization, the relevant AICPub function may not work.

8. Third-party services and integrations

AICPub can work with services operated by third parties. Those services may independently collect and process information under their own privacy policies, terms, retention practices, and security controls. Review the policies of each service you connect.

9. Data retention

Information may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain security and operational records, resolve support matters, meet legal obligations, or protect legitimate interests. Retention can vary by data type and connected service.

10. Data security

AICPub uses reasonable measures intended to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so keep credentials private and use only connections you trust.

11. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or information about processing. You may also disconnect a service or stop providing optional information, subject to the effect on AICPub functionality and applicable law.

12. Children’s privacy

AICPub is not directed to children. We do not knowingly invite children to provide personal information through the service.

13. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated when AICPub, its integrations, or its data practices change. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new last-updated date.

14. Contact and support

For privacy questions or AICPub support, use the AICPub Support page. Please do not include passwords, API keys, access tokens, or other sensitive credentials.
